Bluemoon International School charges full term tuition fees. However, parents are welcome to make payment for the full year academic school fees. New students enrolled before mid-semester will pay the full semester fee. Those who enrol on or after mid-semester will pay the half semester fee (i.e. 50% of one full semester fee).
Part time children will be required to book in advance and pay the amount of weeks booked in full. Please note that fees MUST be paid regardless of sickness or absenteeism.
Sibling Discount of 50% will be deducted from the termly fee for up to 2 younger siblings (irrespective of enrolment date) for the second child enrolled. This applies to the 2nd, 3rd etc. Child’s tuition fees (NOT the first child’s tuition fees) each year.
Bluemoon International School refund policy aims to protect the interests of its students as well the School itself. This policy takes into consideration the general principles for student protection. It strives to be fair and reasonable in all aspects. The policy outlines the various conditions which refund is applicable and it clearly states the refund details of the various fees that the School charges. In addition it also states the time taken to process refund requests. The refund process is aligned with the policy ensuring that all refunds are processed in a fair and reasonable manner. PAYMENT OF FEES
All fees are due and payable in USD or UGX by the due date as stated in the Student Contract and are subject to the prevailing rate.
BluemoonInternational School accepts fee payments in cash, cheque, Electronic bank transfer and bank deposit.
Cash payments must be made in person at the account at BluemoonInternational School during office hours between 8.00am and 5.00pm from Monday to Friday.
Payments made by cheque must be in the form of a crossed cheque made payable to “Bluemoon International School and with the child’s name and year group written on the back. Please do not submit post dated cheques.
Please ensure that the child’s name, class and student number are referenced on the remittance to enable us to credit the amount received to your child’s account accordingly. All bank charges are to be borne by the remitter. Please forward a copy of the transaction receipt.
Fees Paid by Company
If school fees are paid by a company / employer, please complete the Company Payment Form and submit to Student Services to guarantee payment before the start of classes.
Fee payments not made within fourteen (14) days of the due date will be subjected to a late payment fee of 5% of outstanding fees. Students may be suspended if the payment remains outstanding. Any outstanding payment remains upon withdrawal from BluemoonInternational School; no transcripts, transfers or other records will be released until full payment, including late payment fee, is received.
Fees once paid, are unrefundable.
